This fall, several vendors and myself pulled together to create this organic styled shoot that turned into being the perfect scenario for our model couple. Having had their wedding plans ruined by the pandemic, these two decided to run off and elope in Virginia but never really documented their elopement. When they were asked to model for this ballroom themed styled shoot, dressing up for the occasion ended up working out in everyone’s favor!

Full of natural elements, mainly foraged from our florist’s own yard, this simple and intimate ballroom wedding styled shoot really was what this couple needed… and these incredible vendors! Everyone that participated really gave it their all and I cannot thank them enough! From Sarah & Caitlin’s warm & neutral vision filled with earthy elements to Zach & Chelsea’s infatuation with each other, this styled shoot had me smiling behind the camera and squealing with excitement. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t afraid when Sarah & Caitlin told me the colors were green and brown… yep, GREEN AND BROWN. But…I trusted them and

Roses, both dried & fresh hydrangeas, heck even WEEDS all made this table-scape and fireplace come to life… and desserts, desserts definitely made this shoot memorable for sure! Hunting Hills recently went through extensive renovations and every bit of square footage is perfect for a bridal shower, ballroom wedding and more! The best part, look at that brick fireplace that stands between the sitting/ceremony area and the ballroom is original! Yes, it works and yes, it’s a centerpiece that can stand on its own beautifully or be decorated to perfection. With no limits as to what it can be used for, it makes for the best backdrop for any small ceremony or a cocktail event. For Zach & Chelsea, it was a romantic setting to restate recent vows, promise new ones and end our styled shoot with a kiss!
